    Routine Maintenance of Enterprise Support Ticketing System

    Our customer-facing ticket portal will be undergoing routine software maintenance, beginning 10/20 at 9:00pm and ending on 10/21 at 1:00am (times are US Central Time). During this 4-hour window, you will be unable to create a case in our administration portal.

    Please engage the Code42 Enterprise Customer Champions via phone if there is a severity one issue during this maintenance window.
