    Our Code42 Enterprise Support Team will have limited availability availability on the following days:

    Tuesday, January 14th from 8:00 am - 1:30 pm (Standard support hours & availability resume at 1:30 pm)

    Friday, January 17th from 9:00 am - 11:00 am (Standard support hours & availability resume at 11:00 am)

    Monday, January 20th - Martin Luther King Jr Day (Standard support hours resume the following day)

    Monday, February 17th - Presidents' Day (Standard support hours resume the following day)



    Limited Support Availability Includes:

    Limited phone availability between the hours stated or from  9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on U.S. Holidays (U.S. Central time)
    No chat support available
    Please open a ticket via the Customer Portal
    For urgent situations requiring 24x7 assistance, please call us via these instructions.

    *Incoming tickets will be monitored for Urgent priority issues.
