My PowerBI config has the API URL as
https://www.crashplan.com/API and then the related calls after that.
The documentation page appears to have some new stuff (swagger?)
https://support.code42.com/Administrator/Cloud/Monitoring_and_managing/Introduction_to_the_Code42_API/Code42_API_documentation_viewerWe have MFA enabled with SSO. Only complaint I hear is that users have to re-authenticate if they've already authenticated to another service, but it's semi-expected since the process is by browser, but your results may vary.

What is the URL that you are leveraging with the Cloud. Tried a couple different combinations and ports, but ends up failing. For SSO do you have MFA enabled at all?
Thanks

Ken:
We've been cloud customers for more than a year - but only now have been delving into the api. Our use has been slowed because of the need to integrate use with our SSO infrastructure, so we've not been able to distritube to our Org Admins as we would have liked. We are using it at the enteriprise level, mostly for reporting purposes, using ids that are deliberately exempted from the SSO. We have found that some of the API calls only work when involked using an id with Cloud Customer Admin priviledges. (Example: roleReporter.py script provided by Code42)
I can give more detail if desired

Curious if anybody uses the API with the fully hosted cloud.
Recently migrated. Wondering if anybody had any tips and recommendations on the methods they use with interacting with the cloud.
