We're looking for feedback on email customization from folks planning a transition to cloud. As part of new functionality to configure end-user emails in the cloud, we'd like to allow you to customize the "from:" field on emails sent from the Code42 server, and make sure they don't get flagged as SPAM.

Which of the following options can your organization support? Do you have any preferences or concerns with any of them?

    1. Whitelisting - Where you can change the "from:" address on emails sent from our servers and whitelist our sender, so it doesn't get flagged as SPAM.
    2. SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) - Where Code42 is allowed to deliver email through your internal email server with your SMTP credentials.
    3. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) - Where Code42 sets up an email authentication method designed to detect email spoofing which allows the receiver to check that an email that claimed to have come from a specific domain was authorized by the owner of the domain.
