GPO and Crashplan

Got a weird issue. We are implementing a lot of new GPOs. Somehow one or a combo of them are causing crashplan to error out.
I have the machine in our normal OU and I can open crashplan without an issue. I move it into our test OU with the new GPOs and bam the error happens anytime try to launch the desktop app. I move it back to our original OU and everything is back to normal. Having a hard time nailing down which one or ones are causing the issue.

Anybody run into anything like this?
    Thanks
    Uncaught exception

So it looks like the offending GPO is

user account control:  run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode.

We only receive the error when doing an inplace upgrade of Windows 7 to Windows 10, or we use a USB image deployment solution we had developed.

    Some more digging
Looks like a permissions with log files. c:\programdata\crashplan\log\ was causing the issue. If we delete the logs and reopen crashplan seems to be working.
