Excluding Files/Folders Created by Palo Alto Traps

    Hi All -

Is anyone here using Palo Alto Traps in their environment? I've got a few tickets stating that temporary files/folders are being backed up by CrashPlan and it looks like we'll need to exclude them. These include !!!!!!FileName.extension and ZZZZZFileName.extension.

We have a ticket in to Palo Alto to see if they can provide any information on what to exclude but I was curious if anyone else here has had this predicament and what (if anything) they've done to resolve. I know we can exclude via regex but will admit I'm a bit rusty when it comes to doing this.

    Thanks!

Just put in an exclusion on the cloud level on the type. So ***.**** or if you know location that would work too.
