Once you become a Code42 Community member, you can post questions, discuss best practices, and reply to posts from other Code42 users.
Only Code42 enterprise customers can post in the Code42 Community. If you use CrashPlan for Small Business, or aren't a Code42 customer, you can't post in the Code42 Community. However, you can still view all of the Code42 Community's public posts and resources.
Sign up for the Code42 Community
If you already have an account for the Code42 support ticketing and chat system (gethelp.code42.com), you can use the same login for the Code42 Community.
If you don't already have an account:
- From anywhere in the community, click Sign in in the top-right corner.
- Next to New to the Code42 Community?, click Sign up.
- Enter your full name and email address in the sign up form, then click Sign up. Make sure to use your work email address.
You'll receive a welcome email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.
- Click the link in the welcome email. Once the page opens in your web browser, enter a password, then click Set Password.
The community homepage appears. Welcome!
