Beginning on May 10, 2021 Code42 will be making changes to our network addresses for administration console access for customers who use crashplan.com to login and administer their account. These changes will include hostname and ip address updates. If network allowlists are being used in your environment, they may need to be adjusted to allow traffic to all published Code42 network address spaces for crashplan.com/console over port 443. This change will not impact backup or security event collection processes. Hostnames will be redirected automatically.
If you login to Code42 Console from crashplan.com/console:
Please update any firewall rules to allow outbound access to all published Code42 address spaces for crashplan.com/console over port 443 prior to May 10, 2021.
If you login to Code42 Console from an address other than crashplan.com/console:
No changes are needed at this time
If you have any questions about this change or need any assistance, please reach out to Code42’s Technical Support team at https://gethelp.code42.com/hc/en-us.
