30 day notice: Legacy agent enters end-of-support November 1, 2023

This is a reminder that the Code42 legacy agent enters end-of-support November 1, 2023.

End-of-life timeline

• November 1, 2023 – End-of-Support: The Code42 legacy agent will no longer be updated with enhancements, bug fixes, or to support new operating systems.
• April 10, 2024 – End-of-Life: The Code42 legacy agent will stop functioning completely:
  • Security monitoring and backups will stop
  • New devices cannot register

Action required
If you have not already, complete the agent modernization process before November 1 to begin using the insider risk agent and the backup agent. Upgrading ensures continued support and access to the latest Incydr features and functionality.
