Subscribe or unsubscribe

Subscribe to email notifications

If you want to be notified when new announcements are posted, you can subscribe to email notifications. 

1. From the Announcements page, click the forum that you want to subscribe to. 
2. Click Follow > New articles.
   If you haven't already signed in, you'll be prompted to enter your username and password. If you already have an account for our customer portal, use the same credentials here. If not, click Sign up to create an account. 
3. From the announcements forum for your product, select Follow > New articles.
   Because comments are not enabled, you'll receive the same notifications whether you select New articles or New articles and comments.

Unsubscribe from email notifications

To unsubscribe from email notifications, do one of the following:

• Click the unsubscribe link in an email notification that you received.
• Sign in to this site using the Sign in link in the upper-right corner. From the Announcements page, click the forum that you want to subscribe to, and then click Unfollow.
• Sign in to this site using the Sign in link in the upper-right corner. Click your name in the upper-right corner and select My Activities. Click the Following tab, then click Unfollow for any forums you want to unsubscribe from.
